how do know differences between paper or board which grade 1 or 3 3?
As a basic product, paper and board are the same. The main difference is area weight. When a 'paper' is heavier than 160 g/m2 we usually call it board.
Board used for packaging food or cigarettes (called 'folding box board') usually consists of 2 to 3 layers whereas paper is in practically all cases a single layer product.
