Paper is forever fun.
What happens when the Paper Fun Truck pulls into your neighbourhood? That’s what Domtar recently found out when they took a whimsically decorated truck to the streets of Los Angeles and filmed what happened next.
You might be asking – “What is a Paper Fun Truck”? Well, it’s a vintage ice cream truck that has been whimsically decorated and stocked with a ton of paper “stuff” – from office paper to colouring books to coffee cups and everything in between. Domtar added a uniformed driver named Arthur and then they were on their way.
They made multiple stops throughout the day – visiting an office park, an elementary school, a public park, downtown L.A., a retirement home and ended a long day at the beach. At every location, Arthur opened up his window and was ready for business. What he saw everywhere was inspiring – people who were just plain happy to receive a paper treat. It wasn’t ice cream – but no one seemed to mind!
The video marks the latest addition to Domtar's PAPERbecause campaign, which uses humour and facts to debunk myths about the paperless society. Take a look at the video to be reminded why paper is forever fun – and don’t forget to share it. Paper is good – pass it on! #paperfuntruck
