Citipost Mail Achieves Investors in People Platinum Accreditation

Citipost Mail, a member of Two Sides and one of the UK’s largest independent direct mail and print specialists, has achieved Investors in People (IiP) Platinum accreditation – the highest level of recognition within the globally respected framework for people management and workplace performance.

This accreditation places Citipost Mail in the top 2% of organisations globally, recognising sustained excellence across leadership, culture, employee engagement and continuous improvement.

A People-First Culture Driving Performance

Following a rigorous independent assessment, Citipost Mail was rated as high performing across all nine IiP indicators, with assessors highlighting a business where strategy and culture are closely aligned.

The report describes Citipost Mail as a “high-performing organisation” with a strong, values-driven culture built around collaboration, trust and clear communication. Employees were found to be highly engaged, empowered to take initiative and united by a shared commitment to delivering excellent outcomes for clients.

Notably, the business achieved 100% positive feedback across several key employee measures, including trust in leadership, clarity of objectives and encouragement to innovate. An exceptional result within the IiP framework.

Investing In People And Future Leadership

A key strength identified in the assessment was Citipost Mail’s commitment to developing talent from within. Structured training, mentoring and clear progression pathways ensure employees are supported throughout their careers, helping to build long-term leadership capability.

This approach is reflected in the career progression of senior leaders such as Deputy Managing Director Lesley Yeomans, whose journey through the business highlights the company’s focus on nurturing and empowering its people.

Commenting on the achievement, Lesley Yeomans said:
“This Platinum accreditation is a powerful endorsement of the culture our people have built together. Our philosophy has always been to invest in our people and give them the trust, support and opportunities to grow.”

Supporting A Strong And Sustainable Print Sector

As one of the UK’s leading independent direct mail and print specialists, Citipost Mail’s achievement demonstrates how a people-first approach can drive both business success and long-term sustainability.

For the print and paper industry, this recognition reinforces an important message: organisations that invest in their people are better positioned to deliver innovation, customer value and sustainable growth.

At Two Sides, we are delighted to see members like Citipost Mail leading by example, showing that strong workplace culture, responsible business practices and high-quality print communications go hand in hand.
