The opportunity has arisen for a European Partnership Manager, a new and senior role supporting the Managing Director, who will ensure that members see value for their membership and specifically focus on growing membership and Two Sides’ funding base.

The Partnership Manager’s role and background

Applicants will be energetic and articulate communicators, either with a successful sales or marketing career in the paper, print or paper-based packaging industries or have experience of retaining and growing membership in a member-based organisation. They will be a first-class communicator to numerous stakeholders; being responsible for membership management and growth and will be a significant voice within a small team.

The position will be based at the organisation’s offices in Daventry.
Renumeration OTE of £54,000 – includes a generous bonus of up to 20% of salary related to the acquisition of members and the growth of membership income.

Job Description

The European Partnership Manager will report to the Managing Director and be responsible for managing member relationships, recruiting new members, particularly in the paper-based packaging sector, and growing Two Sides’ membership and funding. Responsibilities include supporting the organisation’s strategy, strengthening member engagement, organising events and meetings, and developing marketing materials.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, be highly organised and self-motivated, and be able to build strong relationships with members and funders while managing multiple priorities.
The role offers a £45,000 basic salary, with on-target earnings of £54,000, including a performance-related bonus of up to 20%. Benefits include a workplace pension, private medical cover after probation, four weeks’ holiday plus statutory holidays, and reimbursed business expenses. The position is based in or near Daventry, with flexible working hours and a three-month notice period.
